• Account verification is required for large prize payouts.
• Even if free tickets are received as a bonus, wagering requirements may apply before any winnings can be withdrawn as cash.

• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Court orders or directions from law enforcement authorities.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

When your account is closed:

• Any active bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Your actual deposit balance is returned (subject to applicable conditions).
• Any open bets will be settled in the normal course.
